The perfume of the Perfumer himself, Haute Luxe is the bringing together of all the rare and costly materials Roja Dove loves the most. A scent to which there is no compare, Roja describes it as “a Chypré wrapped in cashmere”, for the way in which it settles as softly on the wrist as smoothly as the material slides across skin. The world’s finest Rose and Jasmine counter a lightly powdery note of Orris, which sit atop a natural Chypré bed centred around the dry warmth of Oakmoss. A sumptuous base features the sensuality of Leather and Ambergris contrasted against the balsamic sweetness of Benzoin and Vanilla, to create a scent as indulgent as perfumery itself.

“I always wore the same perfume, and then one day I unwrapped a fresh bottle of it and found the formula had changed – it just wasn’t the same. After searching for my new signature scent for a long while, I decided I would just make it for myself. This is the fragrance that completely embodies me; it is my sense of style and personality in olfactive form. I selected the materials that I love the most – the most exquisite examples the perfumery world has to offer. The gold flakes floating in the formula are actually the least precious of all the materials used in this creation - they are just a bit of fun and are a reference to my sense of humor and how I don’t take anything too seriously. I found that wherever I went, people were asking me “what do you wear”, usually followed by “where can I buy it?”. After holding onto the formula for many years, I decided I would share my scent with a few around the world. I would release 25 bottles for clients in the United Kingdom and 25 for the rest of the world, on my birthday: the 25th of September. Each year we ran out of stock and had to apologie to clients who had missed out. Today, we release 250 to the UK and 250 to the rest of the world, just to satiate demand. Osswald NYC uses both USPS and UPS for shipping. Ground shipping for all CONUS orders under $100 will be auto calculated by weight and carrier for best rate, and free for all CONUS orders over $100; ground shipping will be via USPS. Two-day shipping for CONUS orders is $25, and next-day shipping is $40; express shipping will be via UPS. Orders are fulfilled Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Return Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 10 days of purchase date, although we reserve the right to make exceptions on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for a return, the merchandise must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it (unbroken cellophane wrapping) and accompanied by the original Osswald sales receipt. Furthermore OSSWALDNYC.COM cannot be held responsible for any claims after 10 days of purchase. Returns:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and e-mail a digital store credit or refund based on your preference. 

You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.

Please pack/return the item carefully so it is not damaged upon its return.

Exchanges:
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@osswaldnyc.com and we will send you a complimentary shipping label. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Cancellation:
All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:

If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 5% cancellation fee before credit is issued.

If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policies & Procedures. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.
